Great place for a ski weekend at Holiday Valley. 25 minutes from the resortz. Cattaragus has a nice coffee shop in town and an EV charger walking distance from the house. Makes for a reasonably priced weekend.

This apartment is like home, comfortable and functional. While not fancy, the cupboards are full of dishware, silverware and cooking utensils. There is ample counter space for meal preparation if you want breakfast or dinner “in-house”.
The location is in a peaceful neighborhood. This is small town living at it’s best.

We got caught in traffic and weren’t going to make it to our other reservation before midnight. This host was readily available and responsive. We managed to book and walk inside within half an hour due to their fantastic instructions, pricing and location.

In apartment 1, it was a two bedroom with a full living room and full kitchen. The washer and dryer were a nice touch. Nice central air system. Hot water for days with that shower system. Kids enjoyed it. You can literally walk to a Dollar General within minutes if you forgot anything. Paper towels and tissues were stocked. A slight overlook was the washer filter not being cleaned out, which we did. That is the only thing that was a small issue but was super easy to fix. Water was standing in the washer due to slow drain. Took two minutes to clean it out.

Don’t let the outside fool you. Looks like they are still remodeling other units, inside is absolutely perfect. Everything seems brand new and was better than expected. Would stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and this was an easy to find, convenient place to stay in a small town. The apartment was very clean and super nice.
