Unique village, quite town. Very close to Seneca Nation Casino only 15 min drive. Skiing in Ellicottville is 20 mins away. Pat McGee trail access for hiking. Close to Springville, Ny for shopping. Many parks and other activities found only in the enchanted mountains of cattaraugus, such as Little Rock City, and Sculpture Park to name a few.

This apartment is like home, comfortable and functional. While not fancy, the cupboards are full of dishware, silverware and cooking utensils. There is ample counter space for meal preparation if you want breakfast or dinner “in-house”. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood. This is small town living at it’s best.

Find us

Best way to get around is by vehicle. There is a bus that comes though the area, but it is a limited bus route. If you are planning on just staying in the village there are things within walking distancesuch as a dollar general and also a couple resturants.
