The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Private apartment. This is a lower unit, there is an upper and rear unit behind. Washer and dryer in unit Fully furnished, with work space. Pull out couch in living room. Television's with Roku. Table with seating for eight Queen size bed and single bunk beds in one bedroom. King size bed in second bedroom Queen size pull out couch in living room.

Neighborhood

Unique village, quiet town. Very close to Seneca Nation Casino only 15 min drive. Skiing in Ellicottville is 20 mins away. Pat McGee trail access for hiking. Close to Springville, Ny for shopping. Many parks and other activities are found only in the enchanted mountains of Cattaraugus, such as Little Rock City, and Sculpture Park to name a few.

Great place for a ski weekend at Holiday Valley. 25 minutes from the resortz. Cattaragus has a nice coffee shop in town and an EV charger walking distance from the house. Makes for a reasonably priced weekend.

We got caught in traffic and weren’t going to make it to our other reservation before midnight. This host was readily available and responsive. We managed to book and walk inside within half an hour due to their fantastic instructions, pricing and location.

In apartment 1, it was a two bedroom with a full living room and full kitchen. The washer and dryer were a nice touch. Nice central air system. Hot water for days with that shower system. Kids enjoyed it. You can literally walk to a Dollar General within minutes if you forgot anything. Paper towels and tissues were stocked. A slight overlook was the washer filter not being cleaned out, which we did. That is the only thing that was a small issue but was super easy to fix. Water was standing in the washer due to slow drain. Took two minutes to clean it out.

Find us

The best way to get around is by vehicle. There is a bus that comes through the area, but it is a limited bus route. If you are planning on just staying in the village there are things within walking distance such as a Dollar General and also a couple of restaurants.
